Here at Lime we can make the painful hopefully less painful.  We often work with exsiting teams, to develop or enhance their processes making sure that they remain compliant and legal.  We can partner organisations with "thorny" and complex disciplines or grievances, or we can control and run processes on your behalf .  Some of our clients outsource the whole of their HR function to us and we provide all the normal support and help as a inhouse HR function.
