Kate is MCIPD qualified with over 25 years experience. She has worked in a variety of sectors as a cosultant and employee. Kate is pragmaitc, whilst maintaining a commercially astute approach.
She has worked with clients on commerically sensitive and confidential projects involving closures and acquisitions of businesses. She has designed and delivered large scale TUPE, redundancy programmes and change to terms and condition projects. .
